DIGITAL DYNAMITE PACKAGE DEAL EXCEPTIONS


* If you request more receivers than your package includes, you will be charged for additional time and materials for the installation of the receiver(s).  This includes Labor, Wire, Muti-Dish switches, and an extra receiver if supplied by Dish Network.  It is recommended that a Maximum of three receivers be installed for cost effectiveness.  For alternate Additional Television Viewing options, click HERE.

*** Any time any addition, change, or package downgrade is performed, a standard $5.00 fee applies.  This is an automatic charge, not a penalty, and can't be waived.


Lifetime Warranty only covers all items installed by Dish Network and their dealers.  The warranty will not cover  any additions or changes the customer has made to the system.  Any tampering with the equippment will void the warranty.   Use of in-line signal amplifiers in cable runs less than 100feet will also void the warranty on that unit.  Tampering with the smart-card in any way will void system warranty, and may result in fines and/or imprisonment, and revocation of all Dish Network equipment.

A one year (twelve consecutive month) commitment to the Top100 CD or Top150 is required for the Digital Dynamite Package.  After your commitment period has expired, you may terminate your Dish Network service without penalty, and all equipment shalll be returned to Dish Network.  Additional receivers bought and added by the customer, and removed within the contract  time (restoring the original package configuration) are exempt.  Any receivers the customer has paid for on their own, shall remain their property upon any termination.

Any specials on the pricing of the Digital Dynamite Package, whether free or reduced, will not effect any of the options, benefits, liabilities, or monthly programming costs.
